Tiny Tattoo Could Cost This Michigan Woman Her Job [VIDEO]

A tiny heart tattoo on Kayla's hand could mean the end of her employment. The Rochester Hills woman has been with Starbucks for almost five years, and now the company says she has to begin the process of having it removed, or face termination.

You'll see how innocuous the ink is, in the video below.

The woman tells WJBK in Detroit she loves her job, and claims she is a great employee. She also says they made no mention of their 'no visible tattoos' policy during her interview.
