Tina Turner’s First Ever ‘Vogue Cover’ – She Looks Incredible At 73 [Video]

I thought of Tina Turner recently as I was going through some old CDs. Do you remember 'Private Dancer' from 1984? It's been quite a while since she's spent any time in the public eye, but she's back and on the cover of Vogue at the age of 73. Did I mention that she looks amazing?

She has been awarded four Grammys and has sold 200 million albums worldwide. Then in 1990, after a farewell tour, Tina Turner retired from the public eye. She lives in Switzerland now,  with her longtime partner Erwin Bach. One thing has always alluded her though, and that was the very coveted 'Vogue' magazine cover...until now. Tina appears on the April cover of German 'Vogue' at the age of 73. This honor makes her the oldest cover model for the magazine, replacing actress Meryl Streep who appeared on the cover of 'Vogue' at the age of 62.
