Sunny skies are making the task of digging out from one of the biggest snowstorms on record a little more tolerable. Most schools in and around Genesee County were closed for a second straight day as many of the secondary roads had not been plowed as of late last night.  If you are wondering if school will be closed again tomorrow, check the School Closings link at the top of our web page (a service of Chasse Ballroom & Latin Dance Studio of Fenton).   Snowfall totals varied throughout Mid-Michigan, but most were blanketed with anywhere from 7 to 14 inches of the white stuff.  The forecast is for partly sunny skies again tomorrow and perhaps some light snow on the weekend.  Hopefully, you will have finished shovelling by then!
