The Tigers had a good thing going when they beat the Yankees 3 straight times to wrap up a home stand at Comerica Park.  Winning on the road has been a problem in recent history for this teamand tonight proved to be no different as the Toronto Blue Jays beat the Tigers 7-4.  Phil Coke's struggles continued tonight as he gave up three runs in the first inning on five singles.  Coke takes another loss and is now 1-5 on the season.  The Tiger bats didn't wake up until the 9th inning when they scored three times to make a game of it, only to see Brennan Boesch line out with two runners on to end it.

The Tigers and Jays have three more this weekend at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Justin Verlander takes the hill for Detroit in tomorrow afternoon's contest.  First pitch shortly after four pm.  Verlander has pitched well enough to win most of his games so far this season, but hasn't received much offensive support.  Let's hope he gets some, and that the Tigers can start a win streak on the road.
