Falling Tree Traps Three People in West Michigan [VIDEO]

High winds that caused downed power lines and numerous power outages throughout Michigan are also blamed for a large tree branch that fell in West Michigan, trapping two women and a child.

One woman was hospitalized for a head injury, the other suffered a head laceration and injuries on her legs. The child, who is the daughter of one of the women, received only minor injuries.

The incident occurred Thursday morning i(5/18) in a Grand Rapids park, while Fox 17 and a Swedish TV crew were in the park, making preparations to film the popular Swedish reality show 'Most Dangerous Jobs.'
