Slow and steady seems the way to get it done in downtown Flint. The area has seen an influx of restaurants up and down Saginaw Street, but a retail presence has been lacking...until now.

As we get word that long time Flint business, Orvel's Deli,  prepares to have it's last day on April 30, it's important to note that three new businesses are planning to open their doors along Saginaw Street, in downtown Flint, within the next few months.
