Malik Stewart could have gotten mad and stormed off after losing a state wrestling title to Mitchell McKee. Instead, the high school student from Blaine, Minnesota did something remarkable. He hugged his opponent's father, who is dying from terminal cancer.

The unexpected move not only won the favor of the crowd, it touched McKee as well.

'It was a big match for him and to be able to hug my dad like that and not be mad and storm off like a lot of kids do. It was really respectful.'

Stewart tells Mail Online that he was just doing the right thing, as he lost his own father to a heart attack when he was seven years old.
