Consider it a time-out. "The Talk" is going on hiatus for a little bit while their network CBS investigates an episode the the talk show that sparked some controversy. It all stems from comments made as co-host Sharon Osborne defended Pier Morgan's comments about Meghan Markle. During a tense exchange with fellow co-host Sheryl Underwood, Osborne questioned why Morgan was being considered a racist. Osborne said she felt as though she was "about to be put in the electric chair because I have a friend who many people think is a racist and that makes me a racist".  You can read more about it here.

Chris Harrison will NOT be hosting the upcoming season of "The Bachelorette". The decision has been made to replace him with former contestants Kaitlyn Bristowe and Tayshia Adams. Producers made the announcement on Twitter late on Friday. Harrison stepped aside as host back in February after making some controversial statements during an interview with Rachel Lindsay, a current "Extra" host and 2017's "Bachelorette." During it, Harrison defended a current contestant who was reportedly photographed at an antebellum plantation-themed fraternity formal in 2018.

Could there be a purple lane to drive on in Minnesota? Well, probably not actually, but the spirit could be there. Two Minnesota legislators are trying to make it happen. They are introducing measure that will allow a portion of Hwy.5 to be renamed the Prince Rogers Nelson Memorial Highway after the iconic singer/ songwriter. They move comes 5 years after the artist passed away. You can read all about here.
