The Shoe Tree. Can You Guess Where it is?

I pass this tree on one of my favorite running routes. A couple of pairs of my size 15 clodhoppers are hanging from it's limbs.
Can you guess where this tree is?

It's on a semi-rural road. No pavement here. It's in eastern Genesee County.

I can run to it from my house, and I live in Davison.

If you go a mile to the east of it, you'll pass DeBuck's Sod Farm.

You'll find a great crop of used shoes on Lippincott Boulevard, between Oak and Cummings roads in Davison Township. You might want to go hang a few up yourself!
