The McDonald’s Diet For a Month
A runner is training for a marathon and plans to eat only McDonald’s for a month. Joe D’Amico eats three meals a day there and claims he’s been feeling great.He starts the day with hot cakes, Egg McMuffin and an orange juice. Lunch is usually a chicken sandwich and then dinner is a hamburger and fries, with cookies for dessert. Even though he runs 100 miles a week, I would think he would feel sick to his stomach from eating so much fast food. You can track his progress here.
