"We're not just officers who are out there to arrest people. We're out there to make our community a better place."

When a father in Orem, Utah was unable to find a babysitter for his daughter, he was forced to bring her to his court appointment. When he found out that she wasn't allowed in the courtroom, he panicked. That's when Officer Kevin Norris, who was waiting outside to testify in a different hearing (and is a father himself), stepped in.

Officer Norris played games with the 2-year-old and got her drinks and treats, and she eventually fell asleep on him while watching a program on his phone.

And our hearts are totally mush now.
