The 10-Year-Old Workout Kid [Video]
This morning we started talking about bodybuilding for young boys and wanted to know how young is too young to start? Experts say boys as young as six have started going to the gym and I even came across a story of a 10-year-old, who’s known as ‘The Workout Kid.’
C.J. Senter started working out five years ago when his football coach told the team to go home and get some exercise over the weekend. He loved doing it so much that he continued with it and has even produced a fitness video, according to Yahoo.
He says his goal is to become an NFL player, but is 10 too young to get into bodybuilding and other workouts? Check out his exercise video below.
