It's all fun and games, until someone loses a nose. TGI Friday's much-hyped 'Mobile Mistletoe' (a remote control helicopter dangling a sprig of mistletoe) is supposed to help spread holiday romance -- but things got awkward when one of the drones clipped off part of a customer's nose at one of the chain's New York locations.

Brooklyn Daily photographer Georgine Benvenuto says she is thankful the copter's blade didn't blind her.

“It took off part of my nose and cut me here, right under my chin. Thank God it didn't go anywhere under my eye — that is my livelihood.”

Drone operator David Quiones was apparently trying to land the device on the reporter's hand, but says she flinched, causing it to fly into her face.

Quiones doesn't think the incident will be the "kiss of death" for the chain's holiday love promotion, because people know -- and disregard -- the risks.
