Teen Dies Using Cellphone in Bathtub [VIDEO]

A 14-year-old girl has died after an incident involving her cellphone and a bathtub. The Texas teen's family tells KCBD the girl either attempted to plug her phone's charger in while she was in the tub, or she grabbed the phone which was already connected to its charger.

There are two places you don't need your cellphone:  The bathtub, and when you're behind the wheel of a car.
