Ady Guzman-DeJesus proved that 'to err is human; to forgive divine' as she embraced the teen whose reckless behavior resulted in the death of her daughter.

Jordyn Howe had been playing with a pistol on a school bus, when it accidentally went off. The shot killed 13-year-old Gina DeJesus. The victim's mother agreed to a plea agreement in which Howe will serve one year in a juvenile facility, then perform community service -- speaking to kids about the dangers of guns.

In the WPLG video below, you'll see Howe reach out to the girl's mother in a Miami courtroom. Guzman-DeJesus then hugged him back.
