I wonder if this happens very often? I've always said that it takes a special kind of person to be a teacher. A person born with an extra amount of patience. That brings us to this story of a high school teacher in Philadelphia. I don't believe he realized that just about every cell phone today has video capability, and that just about every student has a cell phone.

Watch the teacher rant after the jump.

A 15-year-old student says the incident started after she had an argument with the teacher. After she was told to leave the room, that's when the teacher went into a rant, which included a swear word. In the mean time another student was recording the event with a cell phone.

In the video the teacher can be heard shouting, ' I can sue the holy f*** out of you. That's what I do for a living is sue people. I'm a chiropractor'. Wow, that's pretty wild.

The instructor also had a lot to say in the classroom, including this apparent reference to race... 'I'm not even going the black way and go in the streets with you, I am going to go the white way, I'm going to sue you.'

The charter opened in September 2004. It educates 481 students, all African American, in grades 5 through 12. The school claims part of its mission is be culturally affirming.

I guess we all lose it once in a while. Watch the teacher come unglued in the video below.
