It looks like former Pussycat Doll and ‘Dancing with the Stars’ winner Nicole Scherzinger will host ‘The X Factor.’ Apparently she was a guest judge on Britain’s version and they really liked her on the show. Hopefully we’ll know soon if Paula Abdul will be one of the judges.

Singer Cheryl Cole has reportedly joined the judges' panel on Fox's upcoming reality-competition series 'The X Factor,' premiering this fall.

So says fellow judge L.A. Reid, anyway, who during a recent interview revealed, "WeÕre gonna compete against American Idol just fine. IÕm very confident. But along with Simon Cowell and Cheryl, I donÕt know who the other judge is.Ó

According to EW.com, Cole is still in talks with the network and no official word has been made. (Still, given that the news came from L.A. Reid's lips, it's probably true.)
