Teacher Honor Roll

Many area schools begin winter break today or tomorrow, so Rod & Erin's Teacher Honor Roll is on hiatus until 2012. In the mean time, continue to nominate your teacher.  Rod & Erin will resume dropping off goodies from Big Apple Bagel to deserving teachers in the Flint-area.

Congratulations to Mr. Cutting who is our latest winner for our Teacher Honor Roll campaign. Mr. Cutting  teaches band at Atherton Middle and High School. One of his students nominated him for his hard work and dedication in the classroom...

Today we went to Mott Community College and dropped off Big Apple Bagel in Grand Blanc to Dr. Brian Ivory, who works in the honors program. Dr. Ivory was nominated by a student for being a phenomenal professor, teacher, counselor, role model and fellow clown...

Mrs. Yorks and Mrs. Sierra from Kearsley Armstrong Middle School were our latest winners for our Teacher Honor Roll campaign. A parent nominated them for their generous commitment to the Kearsley Academically Talented kids and for bringing out the best in their students...

We visited another school today to recognize and honor some teachers for our Teacher Honor Roll campaign. Mrs. Green, Mrs. Hopper and Mrs. Webb from Hahn Intermediate in Davison were all nominated by a parent for their hard work and dedication...

Last year, Rod and I awarded classrooms with pizza and goodies for doing good deeds in the community. Now we want to change it around and honor teachers in the classroom for their hard work and commitment. When we pick a teacher we'll stop by the classroom and deliver some goodies from Great Harvest Bread in Grand Blanc.
