‘Wings’ Win Streak at Six Games
December 1, 2011 Tomas Holmstrom scored a third period power-play goal to snap a 2-2 tie Wednesday night, and the Detroit Red Wings went on to defeat the Tampa Bay Lightning 4-2 at Joe Louis Arena. It's now a season high, six game winning streak. Other goals last night were scored by Pavel Datsyuk and Jonathan Ericsson. The win also ruined the return of a Red Wing legend.
