Stephen Colbert is back! Last week, on February 15th and 16th, fans of ‘The Colbert Report’ were surprised and concerned by an abrupt suspension of new episodes due to a “family emergency.” However, the master of news satire will be picking up where the he left off on Monday night with special guest Parnassus Books owner Ann Patchett.

Since the announcement by the US Department of Public Health that birth control will be fully covered by health plans beginning in January of 2013, Stephen Colbert has released his take on the plan. Agree or disagree, it's a pretty funny clip, right after the jump.
