What is it about a grown man dancing around in a Speedo and a giant boom box that's funny? I've watched this video a couple of times now, and I laughed both times. The man calls himself Spandy Andy. The one man flash mob took place in St. Kilda Beach, Australia. If this doesn't make you laugh nothing will.
