November 20, 2011 US Congressional stalwart Dale Kildee is expected to deny charges of sexual misconduct at a news conference to be held Monday. Kildee, who represents Michigan's 5th congressional district, including Flint, Saginaw and Bay City, has been accused of inappropriate sexual conduct and incest by his second cousin, Patrick.

The report cites two unnamed sources close to the PSU Board of Trustees who say that, while the exact timing and manner of his exit is still being discussed, it is clear that Paterno will not be back to coach the Nittany Lions next season.
