Parents with young children brave crowded shopping malls and department stores to take their place in line to see Santa Claus. Dressed in holiday sweaters and Christmas dresses, with lists at the ready, they stand in line to have a few minutes on jolly St. Nick's lap. This season though, parents and their children might be noticing a disturbing trend. Some malls and department stores have made the decision to ban Santa. Find out why after the jump.
