Group Says Remove Landmark Cross In Frankenmuth [VIDEO]

Your most likely very familiar with the 55-foot cross. You pass it on your way into Frankenmuth it's across from Bronner's Christmas Wonderland. The giant cross was put there in the 1970's.

A religious liberty watchdog group wrote a letter to the city saying the cross violates the separation of church and state in the U.S. Constitution. The city has declined comment at this time.

What year is this? A small church in Eastern Kentucky is drawing plenty of criticism for its decision to ban interracial couples from joining, and participating in church activities.

Members of the Gulnare Free Will Baptist Church in Tomahawk Ky. voted nine to six, after many refused to participate and walked out before the ballots were cast. The church's former pastor, Melvin Thompson said in a radio interview:

A billboard in Grand Rapids that reads, "You don't need God - to hope, to care, to love, to live." is causing a bit of a controversy in West Michigan. The billboard is paid for by CFI, the Center for Inquiry, a Michigan-based group composed of atheists, agnostics and skeptics who advocate a secular society. But the billboard is upsetting to some.
