Even though Janet Jackson is inspiring people to be healthier with her NutriSystem campaign, the singer has a lot of animal rights activists shaking their heads in disapproval. PETA says they're trying to get kids to feel the pain of killing a turkey, comparing them to their household pets, according to The Huffington Post.

PETA Offers to Pay Montrose Schools for Anti-Dissection Ads
Montrose School District was in the news last week for adding more layoffs and planning to get rid of the bus system in order to salvage their budget. Now, PETA has made them an offer, where they would place ads in the school to stop dissection of animals and in return they would pay the district money that could help with their budget problem.
