			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It was in July of 2008, that the carcass of a bloated, chimera-like animal washed ashore in Long Island. The ‘<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Montauk_Monster">Montauk Monster</a>‘  zoologists concluded, was probably a water-damaged raccoon, rather than some sort of unknown species.</p>
<p>Now, in 2012, it appears another monster has landed on the beach. </p>
