January 17, 2012 We've all heard horror stories about what goes on in restaurant kitchens. This former McDonald's employee used his cellphone to capture video of a mouse in a bag of Bic Mac buns, and said his boss instructed him to brush off the droppings, and serve the buns to customers. The Mickey D's manager denied the claim.

Erin Carr-Jordan, a child development specialist and mother of four, has been banned from eight McDonald's in the Phoenix area. Presumably for swabbing the children's play areas for germs.

October 25, 2011 They sort of look like Popcorn Chicken pieces, but McDonald's calls them McBites. McDonald's Corp. is taking its Chicken McBites national early next year, the biggest change to its 2012 food and marketing calendar. The mini-fried chicken pieces are a limited-time promotion coming early next spring, according to executives.

October 17, 2011 The incident occurred at at McDonald's in Manhattan's Greenwich Village, which locals say has a reputation of attracting unruly customers. It began when a customer slapped the cashier, who is a convicted felon. He retaliates, the two girls jumped the counter and the cashier, Rayon McIntosh, began beating the girls with a metal rod.
