Even though Mariah Yeater’s lawyers ditched her and she withdrew her paternity lawsuit against Justin Bieber, the 20-year-old is not going gentle into that good night. Just when we thought The Biebs was in the clear, Yeater has hired new lawyers and appears to be vigorously pursuing her case outside of the courts. Ugh! Sorry to hear it, Biebs.

Maybe I just can't believe that Justin Bieber could actually be a father because he seems so innocent, but he does plan on taking a paternity test. His accuser, Mariah Yeater, is speaking out and talking about the night he supposedly got her pregnant. She insists the incident happened backstage at one of his concerts. But she also thought an ex-boyfriend could have been the father of her child as well.

He's since been cleared, but I still think she's trying to get money out of him. She strikes me as someone who's trying to get her 15 minutes of fame. What do you think? Or do you even care?
