After Todd J. Remis of Manhattan got married, he was outraged to discover his photographer missed a few key moments such as the last dance and the bouquet toss, so he decided to sue.
He doesn’t just want the $4,100 photography fee refunded, though. He also wants $48,000 to recreate the entire wedding, including travel costs to fly the bridal party back to New York so the whole thing can be re-shot by another photographer.

Cash Strapped Flint Owes Cops $3.8 Million In Lawsuit
The city of Flint will have to pay more than $3.8 million to a group of Flint police officers after it lost a long running discrimination lawsuit, according to a Thursday ruling.In 2006 a lawsuit filed by 48 current and former police officers charged that race was a factor in the formation of a special unit formed by then mayor Don Williamson. Arbitrators ruled that the city owed $2.6 million in damages to the police officers and $1.2 million in legal fees.
‘Happy Days’ Cast Suing CBS [Video]
Looks like things aren't looking good for some former 'Happy Days' cast members. Anson Williams, Don Most, Marion Ross, Erin Moran and the estate of Tom Bosley are suing CBS. They say they haven't been paid for merchandising and were supposed to be paid 5% from the net proceeds. Maybe Ron Howard can cast them all in a movie together if CBS fails to pay up. In what is surely one of the most twisted and bizarre lawsuits of all time, a man named Everett Watson is looking to sue MSNBC over an interview with Conrad Murray after the death of Michael Jackson. Watson has cited copyright infringement as the offense, since he was working on writing a movie called ‘Murder of Michael Jackson: The Perfect Murder.’
