<p>It seems the workplace is already answering the question because a large portion of companies do offer this health benefit to their employees.  <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/national/health-science/smokers-forced-to-pay-more-for-health-insurance-can-get-help-with-quitting/2011/12/21/gIQAaBxlWP_story.html" ><em>The Washington Post</em></a> reports, many of these companies have created a two-tier approach in assisting smokers wanting to quit.</p>
