This is the story that won't go away. CNN purchased the video of the July 1 incident and made it public for the first time the other night. A witness captured the video of Milton Hall being shot.

There's still no word from authorities on whether the shooting was justifiable. Watch the video.

Ouida White and her boyfriend Aaron, who live in a homeless shelter in Green Bay, had no idea The Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau was running a contest in which the first person in Green Bay who approached their “mystery man” and asked him “Have you been to Dallas?” would get a free Super Bowl package.

But the pair caught on when folks started walking up to them and asking them this questions. On their fourth try, Ouida and Aaron found the mystery man, and the homeless couple became the big winners.
