There were 27 candidates on this year's ballot.  Larkin was the only one that got the 75% of votes needed for enshrinement in Cooperstown, NY.  Two Tiger greats gained momentum from the writers, Jack Morris got 66.7% of the votes and Alan Trammell got 36.8%.  </p>
