You need to get outside and move around, but don't want to do it by yourself. Join hundreds of runners and walkers for the Grand Blanc 5k this Saturday at the Grand Blanc High School (East Campus). Even if you haven't been training much, 5k is just over 3 miles. You can do this! Race starts at 10 am and goes through some residential areas with a few rolling hills.
