Now, there is a petition circulating for the government to do the same thing for "Hostess", the company that makes Twinkies. Now, with Hostess Brands closing up shop and heading for liquidation, some folks want President Obama to bail out the junk food industry.

The petition to "Nationalize the Twinkie industry." was started by a gentleman in Kansas City. The petition is posted on an official government website, "We The People". Interested in signing?.

A jury found Blagojevich guilty of 17 out of the 20 charges brought against him. He was acquitted on one count of bribery and the jury was unable to reach verdicts on two counts of attempted extortion, CNN reported.
