Now, a company is going to build a ghost town in New Mexico as part of a huge scientific experiment.  A technology company in Washington D.C. announced plans to build the ghost town to test everything from renewable energy innovations to intelligent traffic systems. They will also test next generation wireless networks and smart-grid cyber security systems on a 20-square mile model of a small U.S. city.</p>
