It didn't happen at Comerica Park, but Cincinnati Reds fan Caleb Lloyd should buy a lottery ticket after he beat the odds Monday night at the Great American Ballpark.

It was the foul ball that had the entire world crying, "Foul!" But after three-year-old Cameron Shores didn't get a foul ball tossed into the stands at a Texas Rangers home game, he's gotten a lot of attention. He's also getting a couple of cool parting gifts from the Rangers themselves.

Cameron and his parents appeared on ABC's 'Good Morning America' and they said the incident "looked worse than it was."

Not only did they miss a great opportunity to do something nice for a nearby toddler, she taunted the boy as he cried.

Have you ever caught a foul ball while attending a professional baseball game? I almost did several years ago. It was Detroit Tiger opening day I was with my son Josh, the ball was coming at me ,I stood up to get it I missed and the ball hit my seat the guy behind me grabbed it. Very embarrassing.

I think this is sweet. (Don't you dare make fun of this little guy!) The ball was just outside Dylan Sylvia's reach, so Red Sox pitcher Josh Beckett did him a solid and handed it to him. Dylan was touched, and visibly emotional.

Now Ian, a young Arizona Diamondbacks fan, did the right thing and handed off a ball to Nicholas. But Nicholas is a Brewers fan! If you don't think this is sweet, there just may be something wrong with you.

Dad Drops Daughter in Attempt to Catch Foul Ball [VIDEO]

Fail. The pool of candidates for "Father of the Year" has been narrowed by one.

With a foul ball heading toward him, and his daughter in his arms, a man at a Los Angeles Dodgers' game had to make a split-second choice.

He decided to drop his daughter and go for the catch. While this may have been a justifiable decision if he had been able to snag the ball, he dropped that, too.

Luckily, the daughter was uninjured, and any abandonment issues can be worked out later in therapy.
