You would grab your cell phone and start recording it right? That's what Tammy Snell's neighbor did when she saw two bears on Snell's front lawn.

Snell said the bears are just part of the scenery in her Longwood, Florida neighborhood and she and the other residents have no intention of trying to get rid of them.

Judge Blocks Florida's Welfare Drug Test Law

A federal judge has temporarily blocked a law which requires the state's welfare recipients to take a drug test in order to receive benefits. In June, Florida Governor Rick Scott said the law requires residents be accountable, and noted that it isn't right for taxpayers to subsidize drug users' habits.

SUN CITY CENTER, Fla. (AP) -- Authorities say a Tampa Bay area man kept his wife's body in a freezer for a decade so he could continue to collect her benefits.

Officials say Allan Dunn committed suicide last August at age 86.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office reports that a woman who was helping prepare his estate went to the Sun City Center condo Tuesday to clean.
