Flint and Mid-Michigan are in line to break some winter weather records as we wind down the work week.

Major snowstorms at Christmas in Michigan aren't that uncommon, but Thanksgiving? Its happened.

The record high temperature for today was set in 1934 at 100 degrees.  We could shatter that record today as temperatures are forecast to reach a high of 102. With triple-digit temps, only one movie line came to mind.  Listen to the audio, your only clue for today's movie trivia, after the jump!

Last year set an all-time record in Flint for homicides with 66, and Flint is close to that pace again with 44 already in 2011. FBI statistics released Monday showed that Flint had the highest murder rate in the nation for cities with more than 100,000 people. At this time last year we had 47 dead already. Oddly enough, almost 20% of the homicides in Flint this year have come from a half-square mi
