Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette officially announced this morning that he will be investigating the Flint Water Crisis to see if any laws were broken.
On Tuesday afternoon, Michigan Governor Rick Snyder declared a state of emergency for Genesee County due to the "ongoing health and safety issues caused by lead in the City of Flint's drinking water."
Reports are coming out concerning the current water crisis in Flint, that show officials did not follow federal guidelines when switching over to the Flint River.
