I've never really understood the point of Daylight Saving Time. I know that it is supposed to add an hour of daylight, but how? We're just moving an hour of morning daylight to the afternoon. Not to mention, everyone seemed to be dragging this morning.
It's that time of year again when we make our semi-annual adjustments to our clocks. Michigan gives up Daylight Savings Time this Sunday morning at 2am when we set the clocks back one hour. Remember the phrase, "Spring Forward, Fall Back".

As you know, Daylight Saving Time ends tonight, or technically Sunday morning at 2am. Sure, you may think it's a pain, but in "Seize The Daylight" Dr. David Prerau concludes that the benefits far outweigh the disadvantages.
