He broke curfew so he decided it would be a good idea to sneak into the house through the chimney, where he got stuck near the bottom for 90 minutes.

Patrick http://wcrz.com/?p=23195 Police officials say that they may add a special curfew for minors at next year's "Back to the Bricks" event. A fight in downtown Flint on Friday night that resulted in 22 arrests is the catalyst for the possible changes.  Two different fights were reported. One was outside the McCree courts building, and there was also a smaller fight near Halo Burger that led to two additional arrests.
