Patrick http://wcrz.com/?p=67893 I would never survive as a waiter. I've seen the things that people say and to them when their service isn't up to someone's standards. But more than the harassment you take from customers, there is one little fault that I have that would interfere with serving people.  I'm a "spiller", which would make any job as a waiter dangerous. Serving an event with dignitaries would be a recipe for disaster. I know I'm not alone in this fear, and I can totally sympathize with Martin, a waiter in Germany, who spilled beer on the Chancellor of Germany.
