Patrick http://wcrz.com/?p=17900 The city of Flint will have to pay more than $3.8 million to a group of Flint police officers after it lost a long running discrimination lawsuit, according to a Thursday ruling.In 2006  a lawsuit filed by 48 current and former police officers charged that race was a factor in the formation of a special unit formed by then mayor Don Williamson. Arbitrators ruled that the city owed $2.6 million in damages to the police officers and $1.2 million in legal fees.
