Calendar Allows Holidays To Be On Same Day Each Year
December 30, 2011 Around Halloween, we talked about a lawmaker wanting to change the date of Halloween to make sure it always fell on a Saturday so everyone could enjoy the day. Now two professors at John Hopkins University say they've created a revised calendar that would allow major events like holidays to fall on the same day each year.
