That will change about a year from now when the <a href="http://wcrz.com/?p=45683&amp;preview=true">FCC's new rules</a> go into effect, stipulating that TV commercials can't be louder than the programming.</p>
<p>Now if they would just introduce a rule to make TV commercials less obnoxious!</p>
