Swartz Creek Firefighters Throwing Back-To-School Bash

They're partnering with Clayton Township Police and Karter'z World LLC to hand out school supplies.

Stop by this Friday, August 24th at fire station #2, located at 1494 Seymour Rd, Flint, MI 48532 (corner of Seymour and Corunna) from 4-8 PM. They'll be handing out backpacks full of all the essential school supplies for kids; there will also be hot dogs, pulled pork and other foods for everybody to nosh on, a dunk tank from Karter'z World LLC so you can dunk a cop and other fun activities.

More importantly, though, Clayton Township police will be taking photo ID's and fingerprints for your kids.

If you have any school supplies to drop off before the event, you can do so during regular business hours at the police department or one of their two fire stations.
