Susan’s Ice Cream Dessert — Cars 108 Recipe of the Week

This week's recipe is the first listener-submitted dessert to be featured, but Susan's Ice Cream dish looks so good we may just have it for dinner. Find out how to make it and submit your favorite recipe here.

You will need:

• 1 Bag Oreos (Regular or Peanut Butter)
• 3/4 Cup Peanut Butter
• 1Gallon Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1 Cup Whipping Cream
• 2 8 oz. Bars Bittersweet Chocolate

Crunch up Oreos and place in bottom of 11x13 baking dish. Soften ice cream then put it in large mixing bowl with the peanut butter. Blend completely. Spread over Oreo mixture. Place in freezer. Break chocolate into a medium mixing bowl. Heat whipping cream over medium heat until it barely bubbles across the top. Pour over chocolate and whisk until smooth. Cool for 15 minutes, whisking every 5 minutes. Pour mixture over ice cream and refreeze. Unbutton your jeans and enjoy!!!
