Student Suspended For One Year Over A Hug [VIDEO]

A senior at a Georgia high school must put his college plans on hold after he was suspended for hugging a teacher.  Not for a week, or a month... but for an entire year?

The teacher claimed in a discipline report that Sam McNair's lips and cheek touched the back of her neck. Sam is a hugger, much like myself, and has never been disciplined for hugging teachers before. In fact he has never even been warned. He claims it was not sexual harassment as the teacher claims, it was an innocent hug.
