Two New York City Department of Sanitation workers are facing disciplinary action after the owner of JM Legend Auto submitted a $2,200 bill for damage done to his storefront with this video.

The store’s surveillance camera recorded this footage of an unidentified pedestrian getting nailed and knocked down by a blast of snow and ice from a city snow plow in the early morning hours of last Wednesday.

Here’s a reason to feel good on this Monday that feels like spring will never come…someone, somewhere has it worse than you!
