A picture that is going viral today shows just how human cops can be, as West Virginia State Police officers showed lots of love for a little boy in distress.

Officer DC Graham cared for the boy after his mother was arrested for driving under the influence. Reports say the woman was so intoxicated she could not tell officer's the boy's name. When troopers found the boy in the backseat of the mom's car, he was covered in vomit, and smelled of urine and feces.

"As a father myself, I couldn't let it sit in its own urine and feces and vomit," said Senior Trooper D.C. Graham. "So I went ahead and drew a bath in the sink of the detachment and was able to clean him up a little bit and get him feeling a little bit better."

The boy is now in the custody of a legal guardian who is able to care for him.
